Screen Enclosure Repair & Upgrade Services
Keep Your Outdoor Space Looking Good and Working the Way It Should

Rusted Screw & Fastener Replacement
Florida's heat, rain, and humidity can cause enclosure screws and fasteners to rust and deteriorate over time.
We can inspect accessible screws and fasteners throughout your enclosure and replace worn or heavily rusted hardware where needed.
Replacing deteriorated fasteners can also give an older enclosure a cleaner, more maintained appearance.
Pool-Cage Hardware Tightening & Replacement
Loose or worn hardware can cause doors, framing components, and other parts of your enclosure to stop working properly.
We inspect accessible enclosure hardware and can tighten or replace components where appropriate.
If we find something that requires work beyond the services we provide, we'll let you know rather than recommending a repair that isn't appropriate.
Tapcon Inspection & Replacement
Tapcons help secure portions of your enclosure to the concrete below.
Over time, they can rust, loosen, or deteriorate. We can inspect accessible Tapcons and replace damaged or worn fasteners when appropriate.
Hurricane Cable Tie-Downs
Hurricane cables are an important part of many pool enclosures.
We can inspect accessible cables and attachment points and replace damaged, deteriorated, loose, or missing hurricane cable tie-downs where appropriate.
Screen Door Repair & Replacement
A screen door that drags, won't latch, slams shut, or has damaged hardware can quickly become frustrating. We service and replace screen doors on:
• Pool cages
• Patios
• Porches
• Lanais
• Screen rooms
Depending on the condition of the door, we can replace or service components including:
• Hinges
• Handles
• Latches
• Door closers
• Bug sweeps
• Kick plates
• Screen material
• Door hardware
We can also provide door cut-down and door-raising services when appropriate to improve the fit and operation of an existing enclosure door.
If the existing door is bent, damaged, or beyond practical repair, we can install a replacement door.
Storm Preparation
Before severe weather arrives, it's a good idea to take a look at the condition of your enclosure. Our storm-preparation service can include a visual inspection of accessible:
• Screws and fasteners
• Hurricane cables
• Door hardware
• Tapcons
• Loose enclosure hardware
• Damaged screen panels
We'll point out noticeable concerns and explain which items can be addressed within the services we provide.
After-Storm Enclosure Repairs
Storms can leave behind torn or missing screens, damaged hardware, loose fasteners, and other problems.
After the weather clears, we can inspect your enclosure and help address damage that falls within our repair services.
For complete screen replacement or full rescreening, visit our Rescreening & Screen Replacement page.
Visual Enclosure Inspection
Sometimes you know something doesn't look right but aren't sure exactly what needs attention. We can visually inspect accessible areas of your enclosure for noticeable issues such as:
• Rusted fasteners
• Loose hardware
• Missing or damaged hurricane cables
• Door problems
• Damaged screens
• Deteriorated Tapcons
• Visible enclosure concerns
We'll explain what we find and what options are available.
Magnador Pet-Door Installation
Give your pet an easier way to enjoy your outdoor space with a professionally installed Magnador pet door by Lakeside Products.
These American-made two-way pet doors are designed for durability and are suitable for screen enclosures, homes, kennels, boarding facilities, and other high-use areas.
They are available in white or bronze, with bronze working especially well with bronze aluminum screen enclosures.
Available Sizes
• Mini - 6" x 8"
For small dogs and cats weighing approximately 5-25 pounds.
• Medium - 11" x 13"
For small and medium-sized dogs weighing approximately 20-60 pounds.
• Large - 13" x 19 3/4"
For medium and large dogs weighing 50 pounds or more.
Magnador pet doors are available from us as part of a professional installation only. We do not sell the doors separately.
Screen Room Drain Installation
Standing water inside a screen room, patio, lanai, or pool enclosure can make the area harder to keep clean and may contribute to dirt, mold, and mildew buildup.
We professionally install the patented drainage system made by Screen Room Drains.
The drain is installed through the bottom aluminum frame of the enclosure to give trapped water an easier path outside.
Benefits may include:
• Reduced standing water and puddling
• Easier cleanup
• Less collected dirt and debris
• Reduced conditions that encourage mold and mildew buildup
• A cleaner and drier screened area
• Low-profile operation
Because every enclosure is different, we'll inspect the area to determine whether a screen-room drain is appropriate for the location.
Screen Room Drains are available from us as an installed product only.
Single-Story Gutter Cleaning
Keeping gutters clear helps water move away from the roofline instead of backing up around the home. We provide gutter cleaning for single-story homes, including:
• Leaves and debris removed
• Gutter cleanout
• Downspouts flushed
• Visual gutter inspection
• Debris bagged and hauled away
Gutter cleaning can also be conveniently scheduled along with other enclosure or screen work.
