Structural Safety Inspections

We visually inspect your enclosure for loose hardware, damaged framing, deteriorated fasteners, and other noticeable concerns. We then explain what repairs may be needed.

We offer storm-preparation services, including checking accessible hardware, cables, fasteners, and damaged screen panels. After a storm, we can repair torn or missing screens and address other enclosure damage within the services we provide.

Screen Door Replacement

A damaged, bent, or worn screen door can affect the appearance, security, and everyday use of your enclosure. We replace screen doors on pool cages, patios, porches, lanais, and screen rooms.

We can install a complete replacement door and replace worn components such as hinges, handles, latches, door closers, bug sweeps, kick plates, and screen material. We make sure the new door fits properly, opens and closes smoothly, and securely latches when shut.

Whether the existing door has storm damage, a damaged frame, torn screening, or worn-out hardware, we will inspect it and recommend the most practical repair or replacement option.

Magnador™ Pet-Door Installation

Give your pet the freedom to come and go with a professionally installed Magnador™ pet door by Lakeside Products.

These American-made, two-way pet doors are durable, dependable, and suitable for homes, screen enclosures, kennels, boarding facilities, and other high-use areas. They are available in white or bronze, with bronze working especially well with bronze aluminum screen enclosures.

Available sizes include:

• Mini — 6" × 8"
  For small dogs and cats weighing approximately 5–25 pounds.
• Medium — 11" × 13"
  For small and medium-sized dogs weighing approximately 20–60 pounds.
• Large — 13" × 19¾"
  For medium and large dogs weighing 50 pounds or more.

Magnador pet doors are available from us only as part of a professional installation. We do not sell them separately without installation.

Screen Room Drain Installation

Water and dirt collecting inside a screen room, patio, lanai, or pool enclosure can lead to puddles, difficult cleanup, and increased mold or mildew buildup.

We professionally install the patented drainage system made by Screen Room Drains. The drain is installed through the bottom aluminum frame of the enclosure to help water flow outside more easily.

• Less collected dirt, mold, and mildew
• Faster and easier cleaning
• A cleaner, drier, and more enjoyable screened area
• A low-profile design that can be opened for drainage and closed when not needed

The proper solution depends on where the water is coming from, the slope of the deck, and the construction of the enclosure. We will inspect the area and determine whether a screen-room drain is appropriate.
